Membership makes the most sense where practitioners can attend any or all classes but six weekly sessions are also available and people are encouraged to drop in to get a taste of yoga at the studio.

YTTC Cork: GentleBirth Hypnobirthing Class with Tracy Donegan, learn to tap into your own natural epidural, it is a birth preparation program for women who choose to give birth confidently, free from fear and in control. Starting on Saturday at 12.45pm for registration, finishing at 6pm, Sunday 9am to 4pm. Choosing a Gentlebirth workshop is a positive step towards achieving a safe, empowering and confident birth experience. |
