We have a great variety of classes to suit everyone
Membership makes the most sense where practitioners can attend any or all classes but six weekly sessions are also available and people are encouraged to drop in to get a taste of yoga at the studio.

May 2012 New YTTC Level One Yoga Teacher Training Course

The course follows the Yoga Alliance syllabus and the BCYT training standards and specifications utilising the most contemporary methods and practice, while keeping close to the Classical structures set down in the Yoga Sutras of Patanjali. The course comprises 250 hours. The course duration is 26 days within a period of 15 months. There are no special entry requirements although it is expected that students will have attended Yoga classes on a regular basis for a minimum of one year. The cost of this course is £2,150

February 2012 New YTTC 2nd Level Yoga Teacher Training Diploma Course This 2nd Level Course dove-tails into the Level One Diploma Course; picking up the topics introduced on the Level One Course and expanding on them.It is aimed at already qualified teachers who want to deepen their knowledge of the ancient art of yoga.The course is wide ranging and experiential and includes a variety of asanas, pranayama, mudras, bandhas and other practices which provide a rich source of knowledge for yoga teachersCheck website for Level Two Prospectus
