Level One Intensive Prospectus

The course will be led by Roy Griffin, Director of the Yoga Therapy & Training Centre,ably assisted by other senior YTTC tutors. It is an intensive 3 week course. This will be a wonderful and unique experience for any student teacher; where they can be fully involved with their practice and their training whilst also enjoying the benefits of being in a relaxing location with beautiful weather and no distractions. Bellevue is situated in the beautiful countryside of Southwest France. Bellevue is Mairead and Phil's home, a six bedroom rural house complete with a second kitchen for guest use. You're welcome to help yourself to fruit or a snack or make yourself a cup of tea, herbal or otherwise, or coffee between the scrummy meals. As well as by the pool there are lots of places to relax  and soak up the relaxing ambience and calm of rural France.As the name suggests the house has wonderful views over the surrounding vineyards and sunflower fields, down to the Gironde Estuary. The retreat can accommodate up to ten people, on the basis of two or more sharing a room. Inside the houses there is also a sizeable country kitchen, living/dining room, main bathroom and a yoga studio with a high ceiling where yoga classes take place. There is a large terrace outside next to the swimming pool where classes can also be taken in the ever present sunshine. There are several pretty areas and seating scattered around, inviting guests to sit and read, or just to relax and contemplate the peaceful surroundings.
